fffph Terms and Conditions — Player Agreement and Rules

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and fffph. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager through the fffph platform, you confirm that you have read this document in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by it.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use fffph. Creating an account after reviewing this page constitutes your express acceptance. Acceptance extends to all future sessions, transactions, and activities conducted under your registered fffph account.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all areas of fffph, including but not limited to sports betting, esports markets, baccarat, jackpot slots, Pusoy, card games, and any promotions or bonus offers made available to registered players.

Section 2

Eligibility

To register and maintain an fffph account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the life of the account.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines, or in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming through fffph is legally permitted under applicable local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of an employee of fffph or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion programme or voluntary exclusion order that applies to online gaming platforms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not have been previously banned, suspended, or had an fffph account terminated for a policy violation.

fffph reserves the right to request documentation confirming age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending transactions until verification is completed.

Section 3

Account Registration

Each person may register only one account with fffph. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or by error — may result in the suspension of all associated accounts, cancellation of pending bets, and forfeiture of any bonus balances held across those accounts.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact information, and payment details where required. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

fffph will conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable requirements. You may be asked to submit a government-issued identification document, proof of address, or other supporting documents. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted from making withdrawals until satisfactory verification is completed.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions through fffph are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP, ₱). Deposits must come from a payment account held in your own name. fffph does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

Eligible deposit methods on fffph include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa or Mastercard bank cards. Method availability may vary based on your account verification status and current payment provider conditions.

Withdrawal conditions

Before requesting a withdrawal from fffph, you must have completed any applicable identity verification and satisfied all active wagering requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to you. The name on your fffph account must match the name on the receiving payment method.

fffph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary based on the payment method selected and may be subject to provider-side delays outside of fffph's control. Specific minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the account transaction interface.

Inactive account considerations

Accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity review. fffph will provide notice through the registered contact details before any balance is affected. Players should keep contact information current to receive such notifications.

Section 5

Betting Rules

All bets placed through fffph are subject to the specific rules of the market or game being wagered on. General betting rules applicable across all fffph sports and esports markets are described here. Game-specific rules for baccarat, Pusoy, slots, and other individual titles are available within each section of the fffph platform.

• A bet is confirmed only when fffph issues a confirmation reference. A submission that does not receive a confirmation number should not be assumed to be active.
• Odds are correct at the time of placement confirmation. Late-submitted bets that are accepted after odds change will be settled at the odds shown at the time of the confirmed placement.
• fffph may void a bet if there is evidence of a technical error in the displayed odds, a data provider error, or an event that affects the integrity of the market.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, fffph will apply the relevant event rule for the specific market. In most cases, voided bets are returned to the account balance at stake value.
• Cash-out or early settlement options are available on eligible fffph markets and are subject to the conditions displayed at the time of the cash-out request.
• fffph reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. This includes bets from accounts flagged for irregular patterns.

Placing a bet on fffph constitutes acceptance of the settlement rules applicable to that market. Players are responsible for checking market rules before confirming any selection.

Section 6

Promotions and Bonuses

fffph offers promotions, deposit bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general conditions.

Key conditions that apply to all fffph promotions

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or winnings derived from them — are eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible games: Not all fffph games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Some games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering eligibility. Check each promotion's listed eligible games before using bonus funds.
• Time limits: Promotional offers and bonus funds expire after the stated number of days. Unused bonus funds and incomplete wagering requirements are cancelled upon expiry without compensation.
• Minimum qualifying deposit: Most fffph deposit bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit in PHP to activate. Deposits made using certain payment methods may not qualify — this is stated in the individual promotion terms where applicable.
• One promotion per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible player once. Attempts to claim the same offer through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture and possible account suspension.
• Withdrawal order: Real-money balances and bonus balances are typically kept separately. The withdrawal sequence and rules for each are explained in the individual promotion terms and the fffph account interface.

Section 7

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your fffph account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered contact details. fffph will never ask you to share your password through any communication channel.

If you believe your fffph account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fffph support immediately and take steps to secure the associated email address and mobile number on record. fffph will investigate the matter but cannot guarantee recovery of losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect account credentials.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords or reuse a password that you use for other platforms.
• Do not allow other individuals — including family members — to access your fffph account, place bets on your behalf, or conduct transactions using your credentials.
• Log out of fffph when using a shared or public device.
• Review account transaction history regularly and report any unfamiliar activity to support promptly.

Section 8

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fffph. Any player found to have engaged in these activities may have their account suspended or permanently closed, all pending bets voided, and any withdrawable balance withheld pending investigation:

• Creating more than one registered account on fffph, regardless of the purpose or the identity used.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, verification, or payment processing.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the fffph platform in a manner inconsistent with normal player use.
• Exploiting technical errors, miscalculated odds, or software bugs to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or accumulate bonuses through coordinated account activity.
• Placing bets with the intent to abuse a promotional offer in a way not intended by the fffph promotion design — for example, through matched betting using bonus funds in a manner that circumvents wagering conditions.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using fffph for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's fffph account without authorisation.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your fffph account to any third party.

Section 9

Responsible Gaming

fffph is committed to providing an environment where gaming remains a form of entertainment. Players are encouraged to engage with fffph responsibly, to set clear personal limits, and to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

The Responsible Gaming section of fffph explains deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players who feel that their gaming behaviour is becoming difficult to control are encouraged to use these tools proactively rather than waiting for a crisis.

fffph may also contact a player directly if account activity patterns suggest problematic behaviour — for example, significantly increased deposit frequency, repeated losses followed by immediate reloads, or unusual session lengths. Accepting this contact and engaging with the available support options is encouraged.

Gaming on fffph is not a method of generating income and should never be used as a financial strategy. All betting carries risk of loss, and no approach or strategy can eliminate that risk.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the fffph platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, page designs, game interfaces, written guides, images, and software — is the property of fffph or its licensed content partners. No part of the fffph platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, scraped, or distributed without express written permission from fffph.

Use of the fffph name, logo, or platform content in any third-party website, social media account, marketing material, or commercial application without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

fffph is provided on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to keep the platform operational and accurate, fffph does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors in market data, odds, game results, or transaction records.

fffph's liability to any registered player is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time of the relevant incident. fffph is not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, loss of profits, or any outcome arising from a player's decision to place a bet or participate in a game.

fffph is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to protect their account credentials, the actions of any third party who gains access to a player's account through the player's own negligence, or connectivity issues affecting the player's device or network during active play.

Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

fffph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fffph will provide notice through the registered email address and/or a visible notice on the platform before the updated terms take effect.

Continued use of fffph after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using fffph and request account closure before the amendment takes effect. Active promotional balances and open bets will be settled under the terms in effect at the time of placement or activation.

Section 13

Governing Rules and Contact

These Terms and Conditions are written in English (Philippine English, en-PH) and are intended to be interpreted under the applicable rules governing online gaming activity in the Philippines. Where a specific term or provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

The English text of these Terms and Conditions is the authoritative version. In cases of dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version governs.
